WELCOME TO YOUR FUTURE

TEMPLE COLLECTIVE NURSE INJECTOR TRAINING

We offer three different training opportunities, and we can help you decide which program will be best suited for your individual needs as a nurse injector. We understand everyone learns at a different pace and want to support you wherever you are in your journey. Stepping into a new career can be exciting as well as frustrating but more commonly it can be stressful.

You will find that this career requires perpetual and continual training due to the fact that the industry is constantly changing. Temple Collective wants you to transition smoothly into your new career with ease, and we have several courses to help you. You get to select which course would benefit you the most, whether it’s simply to see if this career is for you before you make a larger investment or if you feel like you need more hands-on training after your certification course.

1. Half-Day Shadowing ($500)

Recommended option for any person who has not yet completed their Neurotoxin 101 and. Dermal Fillers 101 courses, and wants to see if this is the right career move for them. This is a great opportunity before you invest into further training. This is a 1 day, 4 hour shadowing

experience where you will shadow a current nurse injector. You will see what a day in the life of a nurse injector is like, with real patients and any questions you have will be answered. You will be better prepared for your certification courses having seen procedures performed. No certificate is provided for the half-day shadowing options. No models are required for the participant to bring in. Discounts will be extended to participants

who purchase any additional courses.

2. Inj 101: Neurotoxin & Dermal Filler Certification ($2500)

This course is for those who have not been through a Neurotoxin or Dermal Filler certification course. This course is available to those who are wanting to begin their aesthetic injecting career, or those who have already started but want to get their certification paperwork. Training will consist of didactics, as well as the opportunity to inject a model. Participants are required to bring in a minimum of 1 model, but have the opportunity to bring up to 3. If bringing only 1 model, that model must be receiving both neurotoxin and dermal filler; if not, participants can bring 2 models, one receiving neurotoxin and the other receiving dermal filler. Models will be receiving dermal filler in either nasolabial or lips (their preference). All models will receive a discount of services in exchange for being a model. Class can last up to 8 hours but there is always a possibility of model cancellations which would shorten the day. It is imperative to communicate frequently with your models before training day. We highly recommend having back-up models in case you have a cancellation. Participants will receive an electronic certificate of completion at the end of the course. Discounts will be given to those who choose to enroll in an Inj 201 hands on training course afterwards.

3. Inj 201: 1- Full-Day Hands-on Training ($1950)

This course is recommended for the participant that has completed their basic and/or advanced Neurotoxin 101 and Dermal Filler 101 courses. This course is a great way to continue practicing your art, learning to be comfortable with materials after you have obtained your certificate. Training will consist of video modules as well as some coursework along with the much needed extended version of a hands-on course. This course is a full day spent with real patients, the goal: experiencing the consultation and procedure process with more than 3+ models to work with. Participants will have exposure to selling techniques and objections in a selling atmosphere as well as professional photos taken of them to be used on their social media platforms. The participant will be required to bring in a minimum of 3 models to this 1 day training. It is recommended to have at least 2 of them be filler models as well as at least one of the models be a neurotoxin model. All models will receive a discount of services in exchange for being a model. After completing your course you will be handed a detailed copy of what treatments you witnessed/performed. This can be used as a negotiation tool alongside your resume to enhance your interview processes in the future. Discounts on future classes will be extended if the participant wants to add on additional training. Class can last up to 8 hours but there is always a possibility of model cancellations which would shorten the day. It is imperative to communicate frequently with your models before training day. We highly recommend having backup models in case you have a cancellation.

4. Inj 201: 3- Full-Day Hands-on Training ($2500)

Just like the 1- full day training, this course is for participants who have completed their basic and/or advanced Neurotoxin 101 and Dermal Filler 101 courses. This course is designed to maximize as many hands-on experiences as possible with real life patients. As a new injector it is critical to practice safe techniques as well as learning how to master the consultation process. The only way to achieve this is to have time under your belt. Most new injectors struggle with getting hired into medspas due to their lack of experience. Most medspas are looking for that 1-3 years experience. But, we believe you have to start somewhere. The participant will be required to bring in a minimum of 9+ models to this 3 day training. It is recommended to have at least four of them be filler models as well as at least three of the models be neurotoxin models. All models will receive a discount on services in exchange for being a model. The more models you bring in the better the experience you will have.  The goal is to work on as many models as you can.  After completing your course you will be handed a detailed copy of what treatments you witnessed/performed. This can be used as a negotiation tool alongside your resume to enhance your interview processes in the future. You will also be provided pictures to use on your social media platforms when you are here. All models will receive a discount in exchange for being a model. Discounts on future classes will be extended if the participant wants to add on additional training. Classes can last up to 8 hours a day but there is always a possibility of model cancellations which would shorten the day. It is imperative to communicate frequently with your models before your training days. We highly recommend having back-up models in case you have cancellations.

Temple Collective courses are non-refundable. Space is very limited and there is typically a waiting list for our programs. Class sizes are small and intimate allowing the participant the opportunity to maximize their interactions with the trainers. Participants are required to bring in models to the full day courses. This is how we keep the cost of the training low for the participant. Temple Collective also believes this is a necessity in learning how to start building your personal client book and eliminating potential clients who only want free services. We also believe in order for hands-on training to be successful, the participant needs as many different faces to consult with, as well as which products to use and why. We will help coach you on how to have those conversations with your potential models if you need it. Temple Collective also stands behind using only luxury brand dermal fillers and neurotoxins. You will be trained on those brands.

If a trainee has paid and scheduled a class and for some reason cannot make the scheduled class, the trainee must give 72 hours notice to Temple Collective. Participants that attend the Inj 201 1 and 3 day courses will be provided a letter on company letterhead stating to their prospective employers what procedures they have seen/performed. Temple Collective makes no guarantee to any one on their future employment potential. These courses are designed to provide additional experiences in the aesthetic nurse injector field and by signing this agreement the participant acknowledges there is no guarantee of employment. The participant understands that these courses are additional hands-on training experiences. Safety is the utmost concern for all patients and staffing at Temple Collective.
