At TEMPLE COLLECTIVE, rather than augmenting and altering your appearance, we specialize in restoring volume loss and creating a natural, refined, and refreshed look. Our medical cosmetic treatments are performed by our highly trained and experienced medical providers, aesthetic nurses, and medical estheticians.
Temple Collective Medspa is located in beautiful downtown Milford, Michigan.
Sherise Assad
CEO & Founder
With a background in fashion and pain management, Sherise is a true entrepreneur. After opening up Bye Bye Pain Laser Therapy in 2012, she opened Temple Collective Medspa in 2021, and later Temple's Training Facility next door. She had a not so pleasant first experience at a med spa, which led her to create the atmosphere we know and love at Temple; a place where people feel like they are immediately welcomed into the family when they walk through the door. Her love for fostering a space for people to enhance their natural beauty is evident, and she will not promote a product or service until she tries it herself first.
Cayla Rossi
Director of Operations
While playing college soccer, Cayla earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Taylor University. Previously working in Indiana, Tennessee, and South Florida, she found herself being called back to her home state of Michigan. In addition to her role as director of operations for both Temple's Medspa and Training Facility, she is also a laser pain therapist for Bye Bye Pain Laser Therapy; another company owned by Sherise. She loves all things health & wellness, and enjoys cultivating a safe and comfortable space for people to gain confidence in their own skin.
Nicolette Kowal, BSN, RN
Lead Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Trainer
Earning her BSN, Nicolette graduated from Youngstown State University in 2015. At Temple Medspa, she offers injectable services such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections & microneedling, PDO smooth threads, and more! She also certifies and trains both new and experienced health professionals in the field of aesthetics at Temple’s training facility. At the spa, Nicolette focuses on ensuring her clients feel comfortable as soon as they walk in the door. She thoroughly educates them on possible treatments options, while focusing on the client’s concerns and goals of care.
Kim Bollom, MSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Kim earned her BSN from Western Michigan University in 2007. Following graduation, Kim served 8 years on Active Duty in the Army Nurse Corps. During her service, Kim pursued her MSN from the University of Mary, further enhancing her expertise in nursing. After her service, Kim answered her calling to the field of Aesthetics! She is dedicated to helping people enhance their natural beauty and believes in empowering individuals to feel confident in their own skin. Kim specializes in a range of injectable services, PDO smooth threads, and more! She strives to make genuine, personalized connections with her clients, aimed at achieving their goals and boosting their confidence.
Renia Barcey, MSN, FNP-C
Wellness Nurse Practitioner
Ren graduated from the University of Windsor with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She later completed Carlow University’s family nurse practitioner program, with the goal of one day becoming a wellness and functional medicine practitioner. Her experience includes trauma surgical and IVF nursing at Henry Ford, infectious disease research at Beaumont, and clinical teaching at the University of Michigan. With a passion for supporting people through natural and regenerative medicine, Ren is expanding Temple’s current wellness program to include HRT and nutritional supplements to treat the body as a whole. She also provides lab blood draw services, and GLP1 program management treatments. Ren's goal with each client is to provide and optimize efficacious care and quality service tailored to their individual needs.
Alison Harris
Esthetician & Lash Artist
Graduating from Aveda Institute, Alison has been thoroughly trained to offer excellent and professional esthetic services. She offers a variety of treatments including facials, lash lifts, brow laminations, waxing, tints, lash extensions and spray tanning. Her most requested, and favorite service to give is a Gua Sha facial with a dermaplaning add-on, as it leaves her clients with a lifted, radiant, natural glow. Dedicated to her clients and their individual skin health journey, she is experienced in working with a variety of skin types and conditions. Her focus is on enhancing each client’s natural beauty by creating personalized skin care treatments. Alison is a committed esthetician ready to boost her clients’ confidence!
SYDNEY JOHNSON
Esthetician & LASH/ MAKEUP Artist
Graduating from the Brighton Institute of Cosmetology, Sydney brings the latest industry knowledge and techniques into her practice, with a particular focus on skincare and understanding diverse skin types. Sydney is a dedicated esthetician, driven by a profound commitment to enhancing individuals' natural beauty, and fostering a sense of well-being. Her expertise extends beyond generic treatments, ensuring that each client receives personalized care, tailored to her clients’ unique skin type and concerns. Sydney's approach to esthetics goes beyond skin deep; it encompasses creating an experience that uplifts and empowers each individual who walks through Temple’s doors.
LILY SHAMOUN
Esthetician & Lash Artist
Graduating from Michigan College of Beauty, Lily has been trained to offer new and improved skincare services and techniques. Specializing in all things skincare with 4+ years of experience in lash extensions services, she offers a variety of treatments including facials, spray tans, microneedling treatments, lash and brow services, as well as laser hair removal treatments. Her most requested, and personal favorite services to perform are her lash extension services; our clients love her speed and lash retention!
